In fact, some of our attorneys are certified mediators and arbitrators who are often selected by our peers to resolve conflicts that cannot be settled, or resolved, in court.

In the area of arbitration, we represent and advise clients who must present their cases to selected neutral third parties for resolution.  In mediation, we help guide clients as they participate in reaching an informal resolution outside of court.

Many contracts contain provisions requiring arbitration and/or mediation.  Many courts now require these alternative dispute resolution procedures to reduce the court’s caseload.  We focus on understanding our clients’ needs to represent their best interests before mediators and arbitration panels.
